Welcome to Green Mobiles! By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Products

  • We specialize in providing VIP, fancy, and vanity mobile numbers across all major telecom operators.

  • All numbers sold are legally registered and transferred to the buyer as per telecom regulations.

  • Prices and availability of numbers may change without prior notice.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Payments must be made in full before the number transfer process begins.

  • We accept payments via online transfers, UPI, and other accepted payment methods.

  • Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Number Registration & Transfer

  • Once a number is purchased, we initiate the transfer as per the buyer’s KYC details.

  • Customers must provide valid government-approved ID proof for the transfer process.

  • Any delay due to incomplete KYC documents is not our responsibility.

  • Within the Same Circle (Same State) → Porting or Name transfer time period will be 2-4 working days maximum.

  • From One Circle to Another (Other-State MNP) → Porting or Name transfer time period will be 7-10 working days maximum.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for service interruptions, network issues, or disputes with telecom providers after the number is successfully transferred.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their telecom provider supports the chosen number.

5. As per TRAI, if mobile number has no usage for more than 60days it may lead for temporary disconnection.

  •    If no usage on the mobile number for more than 90days it may lead for permanent disconnection.

  •    This kind of unconditional circumstances we are not responsible.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

  • Refunds will only be issued as per our Return & Refund Policy (see below).

Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. However, please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the number is no longer available after purchase, a full refund will be issued.

  • If the transfer process cannot be completed due to an issue on our end, a full refund will be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Once the number transfer process has started, no refunds will be issued.

  • Incorrect KYC submission by the customer leading to a failed transfer will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If the customer changes their mind after purchase, the amount will not be refunded.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
